2020 - Session Annual Statistical Reports

The booklet above can be filled out and mailed to PO Box 87, Nineveh 13813, or the electronic version can be e-mailed to statedclerk(at)  The deadline is Monday, February 8, 2021.


2021 - Church Information Forms

Due: February 14, 2021

For the coming year's Church Information Form, you have 3 options:

  1. Fill out the standard Church Information Form manually (a hard copy was mailed to your church or (Click  HERE  for a copy) 

                then mail to: Presbytery of Susquehanna Valley, PO Box 87, Nineveh, NY 13813 

  1. Fill out a fillable PDF Church Information Form electronically (Click  HERE for copy) 

                Then email to: officeadministrator(at) 

  1. Fill out the On-line Form (link sent to Clerks of Session) 

If you did not receive your church's form link, please contact our Office Administrator officeadministrator(at) 

NOTE: You will also be able to start the On-line Form, then return to the Form at any time before our due date to make any additions and/or corrections. 

 We are encouraging everyone to use the On-line Form if you are able. This will:

    • Save our Office Administrator from having to manually enter the information into our database. 
    • Enable you to simply change relevant information next year instead of filling out the form all over again.

Whichever option you choose, the due date for this information is February 14, 2021

2020 Pastor Compensation Forms

The 2020 Pastor Compensation forms are now available online under the Resource page under Policies and Procedures.  You can click here to be taken there directly.  This year there are separate forms for full time vs part time and manse vs housing allowance.  There are pdf or word versions available.



2020 Session Records Review

The 2020 Session Records review will be via ZOOM this year due to Covid-19 precautions.  You can join via computer, tablet, or call on the phone.  Please fill out the Minutes Review Form and have it available when you attend one of our scheduled sessions.  [Note: This is a "fillable" PDF form.  You can print it like any other document to fill out by hand or you download it to your computer and open it in PDF reader software (not in your web browser), you can fill it out electronically, save the file, and email it.]  The clerk for each church will be your own reviewer this year.  More instructions are on the form. 

The scheduled Minutes Review sessions for 2020 are:

  • Tuesday October 13th at 7:00 pm on ZOOM
  • Tuesday October 20th at 9:00 am on ZOOM
  • Thursday October 29th at 2:00 pm on ZOOM
  • Saturday October 31st at 10:00 am on ZOOM

Another session can be added if needed. 

Zoom instructions will be emailed to all the Clerks of Session.  Please contact the Stated Clerks or the Presbytery office if you did not receive one.

Please let the Presbytery office or the Stated Clerks know which session you are planning to attend so we know who we're expecting. Thank you.
